Time Out called him “one of the best comedians anywhere in the world”, multi award-winning Welsh comedian Rhod Gilbert is back at Poole Lighthouse.

Rhod Gilbert: The Man With The Flaming Battenberg Tattoo, at Poole LighthouseFollowing several sell-out UK tours and best-selling stand-up DVDs, on 12th May, Rhod will perform his The Man With The Flaming Battenberg Tattoo a brand new live show.

A regular on Live At The Apollo and with his own BBC One show Ask Rhod Gilbert, the Welsh wonder is best-loved for his rants on lifes minor irritations.

But this year, hes a more mellow fellow altogether. Hes now so laid-back he even let someone tattoo a Battenberg on him. Will the new, chilled-out Rhod get his girl and live happily ever after, or will it be microwaved baked potato for one again? Could it be the Mr Angry of comedy as you’ve never seen him before?

Tickets cost £25 and can be bought at www.lighthousepoole.co.uk or by calling 0844 406 8666.
