Highlights of this years Festival include free demonstrations from celebrity chefs Nick Nairn, Peter Gordon and Rose Elliot during the International Food Market weekend on 7 and 8 May. Meanwhile the Festivals patron, Lesley Waters, will be pitting her culinary skills against two local chefs, Alex Aitken from The Jetty and Andrew Gault from The Captains Club, in two Cookafun sessions.
The popular Kids Kitchen will be held again at the Priory School with sessions for Esters Little Chefs aged from seven to 10 years as well as Lizs Pasta Workshops for those aged from 11 to 14.
